Through full-surface fusion of the material layers, pressure-tight, heavy-duty components with isotropic strength properties and a homogeneous surface are produced which can be used immediately in industrial products without time-consuming reworking.

The process enables the fast, competitive production of small series components with highest strength, accuracy and surface quality at unbeatable unit costs.

HP Jet Fusion 3D 4200 for prototyping and manufacturing of 300-699 parts per week.

HP Jet Fusion 3D 4210 for prototyping and manufacturing of 700-1000 parts per week.




Design without limits

Components with integrated intelligence. From the 3D model to the end product free, independent and within the shortest possible time. Take advantage of new degrees of freedom in the design of components and reduce the cost for manufacturing driven re-design and tooling to zero.

In the future you can integrate functions within the part design using  voxel control to create intelligent components. For example, material properties such as conductivity, strength or colors can be integrated.

Of course also all existing injection molded parts and designs can be printed because complexity is not significant for the HP Jet Fusion process.

Innovative materials

The HP Open Platform with leading partner-companies such as BASF, Henkel, Arkema, Lubrizol, Lehmann & Voss & Co and Evonik is dynamically expanding the scope of 3D printing. With the help of this strong partnerships, materials for new  applications  are constantly being made available.

Additionally, HP offers third-party developers the ability to develop materials that are compatible with HP 3D printing solutions and work effectively and reliably with the HP Jet Fusion technology.

This reduces material costs, improves performance, and enables the creation of specialized parts for industry-specific needs.

The materials are not classified as hazardous and the powder can practically always be reused, with the replacement rate corresponding to the amount of material fused during printing.

HP 3D High Reusability PA 12: For high quality and stable thermoplastic parts. Not classified as dangerous. Industry leading reusability of excess powder of 80%. Data sheet PA 12

HP 3D High Reusability PA 12 Glass Beads: Produce stiff, functional parts with 40% glass bead filled thermoplastic material. Optimum mechanical properties and stiffness as well as high reusability.
